Mailing list
If you join, this site stores your email, optional name, signup time, and your consent to receive music news. Signups are stored in WordPress and can be exported to send updates. Signing up does not create an account. We do not sell your address.
Contact messages
The contact form saves your name, email, chosen reason and message in a private WordPress inbox. It also attempts an email notification to Jeffrey so he can reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the mailing list.
Leave the list or delete your data
Use the unsubscribe link in a mailing, or contact Jeffrey and choose “Mailing list / privacy”. You can also email jeffrey@jeffreyxguntly.com to request a copy or deletion of your information. Active signups stay on the list until you unsubscribe. We retain an inactive record of an opt-out so it is not added back automatically; you can request its deletion. Contact messages are kept until they are no longer needed.
Cookies and other services
These forms do not add advertising trackers. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login and password-protected pages. Server logs may include your IP address. This site also keeps simple daily visit totals (which pages are viewed, which outbound links, downloads and plays are clicked, the site a visit came from, and the time zone your browser reports). They are counted in aggregate with no cookie, no IP address and no identifier, so they cannot be tied to you, and they are skipped if your browser sends Do Not Track. Short-lived, hashed rate-limit keys help protect the forms from spam. Social links open external sites; Shopify handles checkout when the shop is connected, under its own privacy terms.
